The Mortgage Centre Rochar is independently owned by Charmaine Scherck since July 2005. She is a dedicated individual with incredible abilities and vision.

Charmaine has been in the financial services and mortgage brokerage industry since 1990. She holds the AMP accreditation (Accredited Mortgage Professional) and her main focus has always been on outstanding service and the development of long-term relationships with clients. As an owner and experienced mortgage broker, Charmaine has taken on the primary role of advisor and resource person for all of those working under her umbrella. Her expertise is unprecedented and extremely valuable to the company. She makes certain that she reviews deals and ensures that clients are indeed well served and that they receive the best deals possible.

Charmaine is continuously building her team and has many knowledgeable, attentive and caring brokers in her office.
